Tuition & Fees Payment Schedule

Payment Schedule & Billing Cycle

Tuition is billed according to the student’s selected payment plan and is due on the 1st day of each month.

Families have a 10-day grace period to make the monthly tuition payment. Payments received after the 10th day of the month are considered late and will be subject to a $25 late fee.

Account Standing & Assistance

If an account remains past due, the school may contact the parent or guardian to establish a payment arrangement or take appropriate action in accordance with the school’s enrollment and tuition policies.

Families experiencing difficulty making a scheduled payment are encouraged to contact the school before the payment becomes past due at offcampus@chanakacademy.org.

Fee Disclosure & Itemization

Tuition, enrollment fees, and other applicable school fees will be clearly disclosed to families before enrollment. Every full-time plan consists of one enrollment fee plus ten monthly installments, with no hidden continuation costs.
