Private School · Learn at Your Own Pace
Our digital learning pathway is being expanded with organized learning units in the student platform and downloadable lessons. Students progress through academic activities and assessments with academic follow-up according to their program.
Digital Learning Units
Access learning units in the Chanak student platform; downloadable lesson materials are being added progressively.
Learning & Academic Records
Progress tracking, assessments and academic reports. School records and official transcripts apply to formally enrolled school students, not standalone support services.
Optional Topic-Based Live Classes
Live classes may be scheduled by topic as optional sessions. A sequential video-lesson library is planned, not yet available.
A.C.E., LIFEPAC and CLE are optional third-party curriculum choices; their materials and licenses are not automatically included. Private School is Chanak's developing digital learning pathway. Specific services and scholarship eligibility vary by state; optional enrichment is not represented as a scholarship-funded expense.
Private School Tuition & Academic Benefits
Compare school enrollment with academic support before selecting your state. Prices and funding categories remain those shown for each state.
Full-Time Private Online School
Formal school enrollment, a student and family platform, academic follow-up, recorded grades and school records. Official transcripts can be issued for verified courses and credits; a high school diploma is awarded only after graduation requirements are met. Topic-based live classes are optional and scheduled separately.
Guided Academic Support
Mentoring and progress monitoring under the selected plan, including a monthly academic progress report when specified. This service by itself does not provide full school enrollment, official school transcripts, or a diploma.
Curriculum & Downloadable Units
Private School digital learning units are being added to the platform, with downloadable lessons introduced progressively. A.C.E., LIFEPAC and CLE are optional external curricula, purchased separately if selected. Their books, PACEs and licenses are not included in Chanak tuition unless explicitly stated in an individual agreement.
The library of sequential recorded video lessons is planned for a future phase and is not currently included. Scholarship funding, availability and permissible charges depend on the state and the approved service.
The tuition and support prices in the state pages are unchanged. Curriculum publishers' materials are separate purchases, and optional Life Skills, Character & Leadership is not automatically a state-funded expense.
Services & Pricing
Identical transparent pricing for scholarship families and direct-pay families. Itemized billing aligned with state guidelines.

Common Questions About State Education Funds
Clear answers to the most common questions from families using public school choice funds at Chanak International Academy.
1. How does payment work with state scholarship funds?
Eligible families may request payment for authorized services using available program funds. Approval depends on each state's program, the specific service, and the student. Chanak does not guarantee coverage or funding amounts. In direct-pay states (such as Arizona, Alabama, South Carolina, or New Hampshire on ClassWallet, and Utah and Wyoming on Odyssey), Chanak provides the itemized quote or invoice for the family to submit directly through their platform.
2. How does my family locate Chanak in our portal?
Search for our exact approved legal entity: CHANAK TRAINUP EDUCATION INC. In ClassWallet, look under 'Pay Vendor'; in Odyssey, locate our profile in the official state provider directory; in Florida EMA, select Chanak International Academy under Home Education Instructional Program.
3. What if my child's scholarship is approved mid-year?
Chanak maintains rolling admissions throughout the academic year. If your state funds are awarded midway through the year, we establish an individualized service plan and payment schedule aligned with your remaining available balance.
4. Do unused funds roll over or transfer to another sibling?
Policies vary by state. Generally, funds awarded to one student cannot be transferred to a sibling, but many state programs allow unused balances to roll over into subsequent academic years. Our team provides state-specific rules.
5. Does this support package include official cumulative transcripts and diploma?
In states where Virtual Academic Support is offered, packages provide academic progress records, monthly progress reports, and pedagogical tracking without conferring a graduation diploma. In states where Full-Time Online School is offered (such as Arizona), students are formally enrolled under FLDOE #134620 and high school graduates earn official transcripts and an American High School diploma.
6. How are state scholarship services distinguished from private academic programs?
State scholarship funds are applied to contract specific authorized educational services (such as Full-Time Online School in Arizona under Tuition and Fees, or virtual guided academic support packages in other states). Programs operate under their respective authorized state guidelines.
7. Does Chanak teach with Christian values?
Yes: a biblical Christian worldview is integrated into the 20% Life Skills component and mentorship sessions, using materials from Christian publishers chosen by the family (such as LIFEPAC, Christian Light, or A.C.E.).
8. Do you provide support in Spanish?
Yes: all guided academic support, mentoring sessions, parent communications, and advisement are fully offered in both English and Spanish.
